I teach the standards of care and practices that helped me to have zero COVID 19 cases during the pandemic and at it's heights as well as minimal to often zero reports / infractions from surprise license visits. It is personal that more care homes are made available to divert a real housing crisis for seniors, so I am teaching what I know to make a difference!
